I have received the certified copy of the mariage certificate of William IVEY and Elizabeth PAULL. They have charged £8.00 for this - I will send you the receipt. The certificate gives entry no. 109. date 5th May 1869. William aged 24, bachelor, Tin Miner of Pool, Illogan, father: John IVEY, deceased, Miner. Elizabeth, aged 28, spinster of Roskear Fields, Camborne, father: Henry PAULL, deceased, Miner. Married in a Register Office. William signed his name and Elizaqbeth gave "a mark". The witnesses were : Emma TREWITHICK(?)'s "mark", a Sarah PAULL, and John MICHELL, Deputy Superintendent Registrar. I shall send the certificate to you.

This is as close as I have been able to come to verifying that this William and Elizabeth are the William and Elizabeth Paull from England. The age difference is correct but the ages do not quite match birth dates in England. The age of John is close to his actual birthday, although the birthstate is wrong. And I have not been able to verify the birth of Elizabeth Ivey Jr.
